The short version: prices include VAT, delivery is by courier, opened rings can't be returned for hygiene reasons, and we only share your details with the companies needed to get your order to you.

Delivery
We deliver by courier to addresses in the United Arab Emirates.
Fees and timing
Delivery fees, if any, and the expected delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are dispatched on working days.
Your address
Please check your address and phone number at checkout. The courier may call you to arrange delivery. If a delivery fails because the address is wrong or nobody is available after the courier's attempts, we may charge the cost of re-sending the order.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you the courier's tracking details.
Returns and refunds
Hygiene rule: NASMA rings are personal-use items worn beneath the nose. As printed on every pouch, opened pouches and used rings can't be returned or exchanged, except where they are faulty.
Unopened items
You can return unopened, sealed pouches within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email hello@nasmaring.com with your order number first and we'll tell you how to send them back. Return delivery is at your cost.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email hello@nasmaring.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and we cover any delivery costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return, or of approving a claim for a faulty item. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Bundle offers
If you return part of a bundle, we refund what you paid less the full price of the items you keep, so the bundle saving is adjusted to match.
This policy doesn't affect your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
Privacy
NASMA AIR For Perfumes Blending & Bottling (sole establishment), Block F, Suite 1007, Al Waha Community, Dubai, U.A.E. ("NASMA", "we") runs nasmaring.com. This explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, delivery address, phone, email and what you bought. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages and forms: what you send us through our contact, partner, retail, review or sign-up forms, or by email or Instagram.
- Basic site data: your bag is saved in your own browser so it's there when you come back. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order, including returns.
- To reply to your messages and enquiries.
- To send news, launches and offers, but only if you've signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To meet legal duties such as tax and accounting records.
Who we share it with
We share your details only with the parties needed to run the service:
- the courier delivering your order
- our payment provider
- our website, hosting and email providers
- authorities, where the law requires it
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with other companies for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as UAE tax and commercial law requires. We keep enquiries and sign-ups until you ask us to delete them, or until they're no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop marketing emails, at any time. Email hello@nasmaring.com. We handle personal data in line with UAE data protection law.
Some of our providers may store data outside the UAE. When they do, we use providers that protect it appropriately.
Terms of sale
Who we are
nasmaring.com is run by NASMA AIR For Perfumes Blending & Bottling, a sole establishment licensed in Dubai by the Department of Economy and Tourism (licence no. 1562772).
Prices and payment
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT. Delivery fees, if any, are added at checkout. Bundle offers (any 5, 10 or 20 rings) apply automatically in your bag. We may change prices or offers at any time, but not for an order you've already placed.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we email you a confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable or a price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you, and you can choose a refund.
Using NASMA
- For personal use only. Don't share rings.
- For external use only. Each ring can be re-used up to 30 times.
- Read the pouch before use. It may contain allergens. If a rash or reaction develops, remove the ring immediately.
- Keep away from young children. The ring is small.
NASMA is a comfort and convenience product. It is not a medical device and isn't intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
Our responsibility
If we let you down, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the affected order, except where the law doesn't allow us to limit it.
Content
The NASMA name, logo, product design, images and text on this site belong to NASMA and can't be used without our permission.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
